Kenny Dobbs drives the #99 Stock 4 Class car. he lives in  Hartwell, Ga. His home track  is Lavonia Speedway, Lavonia, Ga., but he can also be found racing at Toccoa Motor Speedway.

He started racing in 1993 in 4 Cylinder Class at Lavonia because racing is int he family bloodline. His first win was in 1996  in the 4 Cyl Class at Lavonia. Career highlights include, winning Points Championships in 2000 in 4 Cyl and also 2 cars winning 14 of 16 races the same year.

The thrill of racing for  Kenny is winning and good sportsmanship. His most exciting  racing moment was  winning the  Points Championship. He is most proud of the Championship Season and winning 4 Races the same year.

His racing hero is his Father.

Of racing, Kenny says,  "Most exciting sport that I've ever done".
