Bill Mathers drives the #13 Masters Class car.  His home track is Lowe's Motor Speedway (only missed 4 races in 7 years), but he can also be found racing at Concord Motor Speedway, Hardeeville Motor Speedway, Caraway Speedway, Flat Rock, Newport, Florence Motor Speedway and Coastal Plains Raceway.  He lives in Matthews, NC.

Bill started racing in 1997 in the Masters Class at Concord Motor Speedway because of the ego of wanting to go fast.  His first win was in 2000 in the Masters Class at Concord Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include 2001 NC State Masters Division Champion.

The thrill of racing for Bill is just being around the guys who are your competition.  His most exciting racing moment was when he rolled his car over three times at CMS and finished the race upside down!  He's most proud of still doing it.  He's a fair driver, never been in an accident unless hit from behind.

Bill's racing heroes are Darrel Waltrip and Reed Sorenson.
