Shawn Hooven drives the #27 Bandolero Bandits Class car.  His home track is Orlando Speedworld but he can also be found racing at Lowes Motor Speedway.  He lives in Orlando, FL.

Team members helping Shawn are:  Dad, Mom, Grandpa, Grandma, Kevin Williams.  Billy Hooven Jr. is the car owner.

Shawn started racing in 2001 in the Quarter Midgets Class at Apopka Speedway for the love of the sport.  He started racing Bandoleros in 2005.  His first win was his first race ever in 2001 in the Quarter Midgets Class at Apopka.  Career highlights include Jr. Honda Champion at Tampa FL in Quarter Midgets and his first win in Bandoleros in 2006 at Orlando, FL.

The thrill of racing for Shawn is the fun of winning.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Championship.  He's most proud of 136 wins and 1 Championship.

Shawn's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
