Steven Abbey drives the #79 Legends Pro Division Class car.  His home track is Texas Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Lowes Motor Speedway and Houston Motorsports Park.  He lives in Comanche, TX.

Team members helping Steven are:  Randy Abbey, Westin Abbey, JC Unscheid, Kenny White, Nick & Chase Pistone and Matt at NPR.  Randy Abbey is the car owner.

Steven started racing in 1997 in the 5 HP Live Axle Go Karts Class at Cowtown Speedway because his Dad was racing a Hot Stock on dirt in Stephenville, Texas and Steven wanted to race too.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2005 National Touring Series Semi Pro Championship, 2004 Texas State Bandolero Bandits Points Champion.

The thrill of racing for Steven is winning the race!  His most exciting racing moment was winning the '05 Texas Motor Speedway Qualifier Race in the Legends car.  He's most proud of his 2005 National Touring Series Semi Pro Championship.

Steven's racing hero is his Dad, Randy Abbey.
