Jamie Kuntz
#4
Jamie Kuntz drives the #4 IMCA Modified
Class car. He lives in Davidson, NC. His home track is East
Lincoln Speedway but he can also be found racing at Lawndale, Thunder
Valley Speedway and other IMCA races.
He started racing in 1984 in the Go Kart
Class at US 41 Raceway and Blue Island Speedway, because his Dad had raced
cars every year. His first win was in 1984 in the Junior Stock Class
at US 41 Speedway. Career highlights include: Jamie was Crew
Chief for Randle Chupp who won Bulls Gap, the Late Model Champion, and
made World 100 & DTWC the same year. His team won back to back
Outlaw Dirt Invitational at Lowes Dirt Track in 2002.
The thrill of racing for Jamie is building
good looking, fast race cars. His most exciting racing moment was
making the World 100 as a Crew Chief and winning at Lowes Dirt Track 2
nights in a row. He's most proud of meeting all kinds of people all
over the country.
Jamie was the 2004 NC IMCA Modified
Champion.
