Matt Spencer drives the #9 Young Guns Class car.  His home track is Harris Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Thunder Valley Speedway and Cherokee Super Speedway.  He lives in Harris, NC.

Team members helping Matt are:  Robert Spencer, Robbie Spencer, Billy Swafford. 

Matt started racing in 2006 in the Young Guns Class at Harris Motor Speedway because he'd been around it his entire life and wanted to try it.  Career highlights include top 5 finishes at Harris Motor Speedway and Cherokee Super Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Matt is the rush and the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was finishing 5th his first race at Harris Motor Speedway.  He's most proud of being able to build and own his own race car at the age of 16.

Matt's racing heroes are all that struggle to make it to the top.
