Daniel Watkins III

Daniel Watkins III drives the #29 Stock 4 Cyl Class car.  He lives in Angier, NC.  His home track is Wake County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Southern National Speedway. 

He started racing in 2001 in the Stock 4 Cyl Class at Wake County Speedway because he was born and raised around the sport....it is in his blood!  His first win was in 2003 in the Stock 4 Class at Wake County Speedway.  Daniel finished 2nd in the Points at Wake County Speedway in 2002, received the  My Best Sportsmanship Award at Wake County Speedway and  had 2 Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for Daniel is knowing that he can go out on the track and at times defy physics.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race.  He's most proud of My Best Sportsmanship award at Wake County Speedway.
