Bob Brink
#50
Bob Brink drives the #50 4 Cyl Stock Class
car. He lives in Wendell, NC. His home track is Wake County
Speedway but he can also be found racing at Southern National Speedway.
He started racing in 1965 in the Hobby
Stock Class at Wake County Speedway because he wanted to be in circles.
His first win was in 1966 in the Hobby Stock Class at Wake County
Speedway. Bob finished 2nd in the Points in 1996 and 3rd in the
Points in 1997 in the 4 Cyl Class.
The thrill of racing for Bob is the speed.
His most exciting racing moment was at SNS when his car axle broke, the
car went up the fence and flipped on its hood....all the way down the back
stretch. He's most proud of his Points finishes and his first place
win in 4 Cyl Stock at Wake County Speedway in 1997.
Of racing, Bob says, "Excellent hobby for
racing fans but a good way to spend a lot of money!".
