Bill Winstend drives the #15 Modified 4 Class car.  He lives in Bailey, NC.  His home track is Wayne County Speedway but he can also be found racing at County Line Raceway.

Bill's #15 car is the booberry and yellow Ford 2350 cc.

He started racing in 2003 in the Modified 4 Class at Wayne County Speedway because he'd always worked on cars.  

The thrill of racing for Bill is the work on the cars and meeting people.
