J P Cascell drives the #17 Super Stock 4 Class car.  His home track is Wayne County Speedway but he can also be found racing at County Line Raceway.  He lives in Zebalon, NC.

Team members helping J P are:  Runt, Michelle, Troy, Ed, Lynn, USA, J P, April, Ray and Wanda.  Lynn Wells is the car owner.

J P started racing in 1995 in the Bomber Class at County Line Raceway because it looked like fun.  His first win was in 1977 in the Pure Stock Class at County Line Raceway.  Career highlights include over 40 Feature wins, 2 Track Championships in 2001 and 2004.

The thrill of racing for J P is controlling something out of control.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win on his Mom's birthday.  He's most proud that he drives as hard as possible at all times. 

J P's racing hero is his Dad.
