Bradley W. Thiede

Bradley W. Thiede drives the #1 Modified 4 Class car.  He lives in Knightdale, NC.  His home track is Wayne County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Kings Speedway and County Line Raceway.

Bradley's #1 car is the red, white and fluorescent green 1983 Toyota Celica.

He started racing in 1996 in the Stock 4 Class at Champion Raceway Park because his Dad had been racing for years and Bradley just wanted to try a new challenge.  His first win was in 1996 in the Stock 4 Class at Kings Speedway.  Career highlights include 3 double money wins at County Line Raceway and 3 double money wins at Kings Speedway in 2000!

The thrill of racing for Bradley is being able to win no matter where you go.  His most exhilarating racing moment was racing in Modified 4 with  his Dad.  Dominating the Mod 4 Class at two tracks was definitely exciting.  He's most proud of starting his own race team and winning races on his own.

Bradley's racing hero is his Dad, Gary Thiede.

Of racing Bradley says, "Don't get discouraged when you first start!  Find someone that you know is winning and get some hints .....ask for help!!!  Everyone likes someone who wants to learn!".
