Neal Sykes

Neal Sykes drives the #70 Late Model Class car.  He lives in Holly Springs, NC.  His home track is Wayne County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Clary's Speedway.

He started racing in 1988 in the Jr. Late Model Class at Wayne County Speedway because he loved it.  His first win was in 1989 in the Late Model Class at County Line Speedway.  Career highlights include 2nd Carolina Clash Points in 2000 and 3rd on all time win with Clash. 

The thrill of racing for Neal is winning.  His most exciting racing moment was going bumper to bumper for the All Pro Auto Parts win in 1996.  He's most proud of back to back Championships in 1996 & 1997.

Neal's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
