Ricky's #99 car is the red and white, orange numbers, Pontiac, Grand Prix, Larry Shaw chassis, Taylor Racing Engine.

He started racing in the Pure Stock Class at Fayetteville because he's always raced, starting young racing Go-Carts.  His first win was in 1991 in the Jr. Late Model Class at Fayetteville.  Career highlights include 1992 Track Champion at Fayetteville and Lakeview SC., 1997 Super Later Model Champion at Carolina Speedway and he's finished runner up in Points three times in the Open Wheel Modified Class.

He's most proud of having dominated races and winning 2 Track Championships in 1992.
