David Taylor drives the #14 Late Model Class car. He also races the 51 Modified.  He lives in Fayetteville, NC.  His home track is Fayetteville Speedway but he can also be found racing at Wayne County Speedway.

David's #14 car is the red and white Rocket chassis, Larry Shaw car.

He started racing in1978 in the 6 Cyl Class at Fayetteville Speedway because he loved it!  His first win was in 1979 in the 6 Cyl Class.  Career highlights include Track Championships in Late Model and Open Wheel Modified 3 years.

The thrill of racing for David is winning!  The most exhilarating racing moment for David was racing the Big 10 Race at Concord Speedway.
