Mark Pace drives the #31 Sprint 360 Class car.  He races with the ASCS Midwest Series but he can also be found racing at Knoxville Raceway and Eagle Raceway.  He lives in Lincoln, NE.

Team members helping Mark are:  Kyle Schwarting, James Nieman, Mike Ligelman, Kurt Holle.  Mark Pace Motorsports is the car owner.

Mark started racing in 2006 in the Sprint 360 Class at Eagle Raceway because of a mid life crisis!  His first win was in '06 in the ASCS Class at Huset's Speedway in a Heat Race.  Career highlights include 19th to 1st in 7 laps at Eagle Raceway until a lap car put him in the wall and he still finished 2nd with a badly hurt race car, finished 6th in ASCS Midwest Points with missing 3 races. 

The thrill of racing for Mark is the speed and the people.  His most exciting racing moment was rubbing the backstretch wall at Belleville at crazy speeds.  He's most proud of having more fun than anyone else. 

Mark's racing hero is Ayrton Senna.
