Roger Weaver
#64
Roger Weaver drives the #64 Front Wheel
Drive Class car. His home track is Tri-State Speedway. He
lives in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Team members helping Roger are:
Jack, Raymond, Betty.
Roger started racing in 2004 in the
Front Wheel Drive Class at Tri-State Speedway because a friend asked
Roger to see what it was like. He said Roger would be good at it
so he tried it His first win was in 2005 in the FWD Class at
Tri-State Speedway. Career highlights include racing with all my
friends and the competitive surroundings and coming in first with them
down a lap and a half.
The thrill of racing for Roger is
testing your limits and seeing how far you can push the car and still be
able to control it. His most exciting racing moment was being
asked to join the got Jesus racing team (aka the track champion asked me
to join his team) He's most proud of doing the impossible, being
spun out at 100 mph and ending up in last place, making a comeback and
winning the B Feature.
Roger's racing hero is Rusty Wallace.
Of racing, Roger says, "You can tell
people how to race a car but in reality just sit down, shut up, and hang
on and go fast, turn left until you find your limits then push yourself
to the limits! You never know what you can do until you push
yourself to the limits!".
