Kyle started racing in 1997 in the Jr.
Cycle I Go Kart class at Hilltop Raceway and Huffman Raceway Park
because his Dad raced in the early '90's and Kyle loved it. His
first win was in '98 in Karting at Hilltop Raceway and in '07 in the
E-Mod Class at West Siloam Speedway. Career highlights include '98
Rookie of the Year in Karting placing 2nd overall, 23 Karting Feature
wins, '01 Texas State Champion in 4 Cycle Jr. 1 Light, Top 5 Mid Season

10 Points in '06 and '07 in E-Mod and a documentary done on him called
"Rush".
The thrill of racing for Kyle is the
adrenaline rush he gets from the speed. His most exciting racing
moment was winning 5 out of 6 races in one night in International
Karting Federation in Junior 1 Light and Heavy. Starting 23rd at
Crawford County Speedway in the Touring Economy Modified Series race and
finishing 5th on the small track. He's most proud of being
fortunate enough to move up to this level of racing and doing as well as
he has with the equipment he has.
Kyle's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
Of racing, Kyle says, "I would say
that it is a lot of fun and can bring family's closer to each other.
It is also great to meet new friends at the track - both male and
female!".
