Kevin began racing in 1996 in the Charger Class at Anderson and Greenville Pickens Speedways, because he always wanted to. His first win was in 1997 at Greenville-Pickens.  Career highlights for Kevin include: Charger Champion in 1999 and 2001, 28 wins in the Charger and Street Stock at Anderson and Greenville, and won the 100 lap Charger Championship race at Anderson in 2000.
