Max LeCroy

Max LeCroy drives the #9 BM Modified Class car.  He lives in Gaffney, SC.  His home track is Anderson Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Orlando, New Port and Lonesome Pine Speedway.

He started racing in 1999 in the Go Karts Class at Buck Creek at Mayo, SC because it is what he wanted to do.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2nd in Points at Buck Creek and Riverside Kartway, Blue Plate and Gold Plate finished 12 in Sc Dirt Series Points Go Karts.

The thrill of racing for Max is winning as much as he can.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Go Kart race and starting racing cars.  He's most proud of being able to drive a race car with his Dad's 100% support.

Max's racing heroes are Richard Petty and Bobby Labonte.

Of racing, Max says, "It's very hard work but if you stay at it you can go far!".
