Charles races in the Rookie 4 class out of Carlisle, SC.  He started racing in 2002 in the Rookie class for the fun of it.

The thrill of racing for Charles is the speed.  His greatest racing moment was not finishing last in his first race.

Dale Earnhardt is his racing hero.
