Tony Williams drives the #01 Super Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Carolina Speedway - Lakeview, but he can also be found racing at Dublin Motor Speedway and Hammerdown Speedway.  He lives in Leland, NC.

Tony started racing in 1973 in Hobby Stock at Leland Raceway because it was a family tradition. His first win was in 1973 at Leland Raceway in Hobby Stock. Career highlights include 1998-2001 Track Champion at Lakeview Speedway in Super Street.  He has been racing for 33 years.

The thrill of racing for Tony is taking used stuff and winning the race.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win at Leland Raceway.  He's most proud of his 4 Track Championships back to back at Lakeview Speedway.

Tony's racing hero is his Dad, Tony Williams Sr.

Of racing, Tony says, "It's fun and exciting and hard work.  It has become very expensive!".
