Larry McGuire drives the #19 Outlaw U-Car Class car.  His home track is Carolina Speedway.  He lives in Raeford, NC.

Larry started racing in 1998 in the Enduro Class at Fayetteville Speedway because he had always had a love for the sport.  His first win was in '07 in the U-Car Class at Hammerdown Speedway.  Career highlights include 2 Track Championships in U-Cars at Hammerdown Speedway in '08 and '09, 1 Track Championship in U-Car at Dublin Speedway in '08.

The thrill of racing for Larry is the speed and tough competition.  His most exciting racing moment was side by side at Hammerdown Speedway at the Checkered Flag for the first win.  He's most proud watching his son drive.

Larry's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Larry says, "Racing is a family sport.  Everyone can get involved in some way.  Besides loud cars, and extreme competition, go fast, turn left.  How can you go wrong with that?".
