Cameron Norris III

Cameron Norris III drives the #6 Super Street Stock Class car.  He lives in Leland, NC.  His home track is Carolina Speedway but he can also be found racing at Fayetteville Motorsports Park and Carolina Speedway.

Cameron's #6 car is the blue, black and pink 2003 Grand Prix.

He started racing in 1978 in the 6 Cyl Class at Pender County Speedway because he always wanted to try it as a kid......24 seasons ago!  His first win was in 1988 in the 6 Cyl at Fayetteville NC.  He's won in every division that he's raced in.  He was the 2000 Late Model Super Track Champion on asphalt.

The thrill of racing for Cameron is being in the car and WINNING!  After  23 years he still loves it when he gets in the car.  He's most proud of his 2000 Track Championship in trucks and watching his son's career who started last year in a Charger Car at 13 years old.

Cameron was a Petty man, but now pulls for Bill Elliott and the underdog.

Of racing Cameron says, "I will race you as hard as I can but I won't wreck you.
