Tim Lovett races the #7 Charger Class
car. He lives in Latta, SC. His home track is Carolina
Speedway but he also races at Sumter and Fayetteville. Tim's #7
car is the Orange, white, black and purple 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo.
Tim started racing in 2001 in the
Charger class at Carolina Speedway. He started racing because he
was raised around the sport with his Dad and Tim loves it. His
first win was in 2002 in the Charger Class at Carolina
Speedway. Tim's highlights include being able to be
competitive in the Charger Class every time he comes to the
track.
The thrill of racing for Tim is trying
to see just how much more I can get out of my car from week to
week. His greatest racing thrill was winning! His greatest
racing moment was his first win in the Charger Class, which is a very
competitive class.
George Calhoun is Tim's racing hero.
Tim says "Dirt is for racing,
Asphalt is for getting there!".
