Derek "Boots" Bullock

"Boots" Bullock drives the #B22 Charger Class car.  His home track is Carolina Speedway Lakeview, but he can also be found racing at Dublin Speedway.  He lives in Fairmont, NC.

Team members helping Boots are:  Big Erv, Shirley and kid, daughters Josie and Jana, Tiffany, Bradley Owens, Ashley, Mom, Dad, Brook, Pam Bullock - wife.

"Boots" started racing in 1998 in the Rookie Class at Carolina Speedway.  He started racing because it is something he has done all of his life with his Uncle.  His first win was his second race in 1998 in the Rookie Class at Carolina Speedway.  Career highlights include Track Championship in 2004 in the Charger Class.

The thrill of racing for "Boots" is the speed of racing and having fun.  His most exciting racing moment was the Track Championship in 2004.  He's most proud of just racing.

His racing hero is Johnny Pridgen.
