David Echoles

David Echoles drives the #00 Renegade Class car.  He lives in Gaffney, SC.  His home track is Cherokee Super Speedway but he can also be found racing at Harris Speedway. 

Team members helping David are:  Jean Mullinax, Butch Hopper, Nathan Pierrce.  David Echoles is the car owner. 

David started racing in 1978 in the Pre Stock Class at Cherokee for the sport of it.  His first win was in 1979 in the Pre Stock Class.  Career highlights include 7 Points Championships in Pre Stock.  One at Buffalo Speedway in '97, '98 and '99 and 4 Championships at Harris Motor Speedway.

The thrill of racing for David is going so fast.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win, the cheering of the fans and taking the Checkered Flag.  He's most proud of the wins, his sponsors and the fans.

David's racing hero is Jeff Gordon.
