Kelly Neace Jr. drives the #02 4 Cyl Modified Class car.  His home track is Moutain Motor Speedpark but he can also be found racing at 201 Speedway.  He lives in Isom, KY.

Kelly started racing in 2000 in the 4 Cyl. Class at Mountain Motor Speedpark because it looked like fun.  His first win was in 2002 in the 4 Cyl.  Career highlights include 2002 & 2005 Track Championship.
