Chris Ferguson drives the #22 Crate Late
Model Class car. His home track is Cherokee Super Speedway but he
can also be found racing at Carolina Speedway and Thunder Valley
Speedway. He lives in Stanley, NC.

Chris started racing in 2002 in the Go
Karts Jr. Sportsman 2 Class at Riverside Speedway because he was really
interested after watching Karts race. His family has a lot to do
with racing. His first win was that same year. Career
highlights include 2 WKA National Championships in 2005, 2 WKA State
(SC) Championships in 2004 and 2005, Daytona Dirt World Champion in
2004, Jr. Kahuna Champion in 2004, Moore Money Pro Series Champion in
2004 and 2005, Tri State Pro Champion in 2004, Goldspeed 100 Champion in
2003, Broadway 250 Champion in 2003 and Grand National Champion in 2005.
The thrill of racing for Chris is
winning and being in contention to win. His most exciting racing
moment was when he won the Daytona Dirt World Championship in 2004 after
starting 23 and making it in through the consolations. He's most
proud of winning 2 National Championships and really making his Dad
proud.
Chris's racing heroes are Dale Earnhardt
and Scott Bloomquist.
