Zack Mitchell drives the #57 Crate Late Model Class car.  His home track is Cherokee Super Speedway but he can also be found racing at Cleveland County Speedway and Mileback Speedway.  He lives in Enoree, SC.

Team members helping Zack are:  Travis Morgan, Keith "Cheeseburger" Deyoung, Chad Huskey.  Todd Mitchell is the car owner.

Zack started racing in 2001 in the Purple Plate Go Karts class at Buckcreek Speedway because his Dad started him out on a track behind their house where he raced with his Dad and his friends for fun.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2005 Jr. Kahuna and Jr. Big Dog Champion, 2007 World 4 Cylinder Nationals Champion. 

The thrill of racing for Zack is knowing that he can win.  His most exciting racing moment was beating Big John Pursley in his first Crate win in '08 of which he is most proud.

Zack's racing hero is Scott Bloomquist.

Of racing, Zack says, "That is all I have ever wanted to do.  My dream is to race professionally.  If you want something bad enough, you will succeed!".
