Michael Bennett drives the #77 Renegade Class car.  His home track is Cherokee Super Speedway but he can also be found racing at Thunder Valley Raceway.  He lives in Rock Hill, SC.

Team members helping Michael are:  Teresa Bennett, Tyler Bennett, Johnny & Brandon Broome, Oscar Tucker, Michael Hastings.

Michael started racing in 2006 in the Renegades class at Thunder Valley Raceway for the adrenaline rush and Johnny Broome talked him into it.  Career highlights include finishing 3rd in his first race, finishing 6th at Cherokee Super Speedway and finishing 3rd in the Road Rage race at Antioch Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Michael is the adrenaline rush.  His most exciting racing moment was learning how to slide in the corners.  He's most proud of being able to affords some of it and being able to finish a race safely.

Michael's racing hero is Rusty Wallace.

Of racing, Michael says, "Better have a 2nd job!  There's Victory in Jesus! I need sponsors!".
