Lee is from Greer SC. His home track is Cherokee speedway. He also races at Thunder Valley and Sugar Creek Speedways.  He started racing in go karts in 1991 in the rookie class at Sugar Tit Speedway.  He got his first in there in 1992. Lee had over 300 wins in karts including two track championship and the 1998 South Carolina dirt series championship WKA.

Lee started racing cars in Oct of 01 and ran 4 races, 3rd was his best finish. in 2002 h3 won 6 times and was the Super Stock Track Champion. 

The thrill of racing for Lee is how it calms him down. His greatest racing thrill was his first win at Cherokee speedway.

Lee plans to run late models on dirt and asphalt and go as far as he can go.

Darrell Waldrip is his favorite driver.
