Regina June drives the #12 Thunder & Lightning Class car.  Her home track is Florence Motor Speedway.  She lives in Darlington, SC.

Team members helping Regina are:  Dwayne Weatherford, Frank Sessoms, Charles Llewlyn, L.D. Johnson.  Dwayne Weatherford is the car owner.

Regina started racing in 1987 in the Carolina Girls Street Stock Class at Florence Motor Speedway for fun, fun, fun!  Her first win was in that same year.  Career highlights include finishing 2nd in the Track Championship at Myrtle Beach Speedway in 1990, winner Second Half Championship at Florence Motor Speedway in 2004, winner First Half Championship at Florence Motor Speedway in 2006.

The thrill of racing for Regina is the challenge.  Her most exciting racing moment was when the steering wheel came off at Myrtle Beach Speedway and when Taylor, her daughter, at age 13 won her first race on September 9, 2006.  She's most proud of the fact that her children (girls) have been interested enough to race themselves.

Regina's racing hero is Frank Sessoms.
