Curtis Peeples drives the #42 Charger Class car.  His home track is Florence Motor Speedway.  He lives in Round -O, SC.

Curtis stared racing in 1995 in the Thunder & Lightning Class at Summerville Speedway because of his love of speed.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 3 Championships out of only 4 full seasons, won approximately 80 times but not all in T&L, some in Charger and some Late Models.  He only races about 4-6 times a year.

The thrill of racing for Curtis is the faster the better.  His most exciting racing moment was running Late Models against people like Jerry Williams and winning!  He's most proud of and thankful for all the wins and Championships and glad to not be known as a rough or cheating driver.

Curtis's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Of racing, Curtis says, "It's fun and exciting.  To win, you must be brave and tenacious and understand that you will always lose more than you win!".
