Bobby Goodson drives the #51 Late Model Class car.  He lives in Darlington, SC.  His home track is Florence Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Summerville Speedway.

He started racing in 1999 in the Late Model Class at Florence Motor Speedway because his Father drove a Busch car.  His first win was in 2000 in the Late Model at Florence Motor Speedway.  He's won 3 Features, from the pole, in a row, in 2004.

The thrill of racing for Bobby is the speed and his love for it.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race.  He's most proud of the people that work hard for him and believe in him.  They give him 110% so it is only fair that Bobby do the same for them.

Bobby's racing hero is his Father.

Of racing, Bobby says, "If you can't afford a race car, become a fan because we can't race without the fans!".
