Wayne  is from Florence SC. Began racing in 1982 in the fun class at the Hartsville Darlington track. He started racing because his "daddy" raced (Delano Lochlair) He got his first win in a Fun car at Hartsville in 1983.

The thrill of racing is "racing side by side."  Winning his first Championship and running with  his brother Ricky are his greatest racing thrills.  Wayne's greatest racing moment was racing for his daddy.

Wayne races every thing 5 years in T&L 1 year in Chargers 9 years in Late Models and 5 in super trucks.
