Stacy Matthews drives the #71 Charger Class car. He lives in Timmonsville, S.C. His home track is Florence Motor speedway but he can also be found racing at Myrtle Beach Speedway.

He began racing in 1990, in Street Class at Florence Motor Speedway, for the love of it. His first win was in 1990 at Florence in Street Class. Career highlights include ten wins and Charger Track Champion in 2002.

The thrills of racing  for Stacy  are being around other people and working on  the car he drives. He is most proud of his  2002 Charger Track Championship.

His racing hero is David Pierson the Fox.

Of racing, Stacy says, "To come out and support their local tracks because that's where racing gets it start".
