Ricky Hill

Ricky is from Effingham  S.C. He races Chargers at his home track of Florence Motor speedway. You can also catch Ricky  at Myrtle Beach, and Summerville.

Ricky started racing in 1998 in a street stock at Florence.  He had been the tow truck driver and that is how he got interested. He drove a hearse in the cruiser bruiser  class. 

Ricky has been running the same car car since he started running in this the Charger class. He takes pride in the fact that he takes care of the car and that he runs clean.

When we ask Ricky what the thrill of racing was he said "I just like racin and I love to race."

Wining 2 in a row is his greatest racing thrill so far.

When ask his greatest racing moment he said "every time I race and can bring the car in in one piece it is a great racing moment."
