Garrod Collins

Garrod Collins drives the #88 Charger Class car.  He lives in Summerville, SC.  His home track is Summerville Speedway but he can also be found racing at Florence Motor Speedway and Hardeeville Motor Speedway.

He started racing in 1995 in the Thunder & Lightning Class at Summerville Speedway because of the competition.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2nd in Points at Summerville Speedway in 2003, 18th in overall Regional Points in the Weekly Racing Series and 4 wins in 2003.

The thrill of racing for Garrod is the love of competition.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win in his first year.  He's most proud of spinning out on the 1st lap from the pole and winning the race!

Garrod's racing  hero is Tony Stewart.
