Steve Howington drives the #8 600 Legends Class car.  His home track is Wake County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Coastal Plain Speedway and Florence Motor Speedway.  He lives in Lucama, NC.

Team members helping Steve are:  Jack T, Jimmy H, Doug S, Mom and Sis. 

Steve started racing in 2003 in the V-8 Stock at County Line Raceway and Legends at Wake County Raceway and Florence Motor Speedway because it has been a life long dream. 

The thrill of racing for Steve is going fast and winning.  His most exciting racing moment is finishing every lap and putting car on the trailer in one piece.  He's most proud of finally getting to do what he loves.  It has been a long wait.

Steve's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
