Danny is from Sumter SC. He races mini stocks at his home track of Florence Motor Speedway, Myrtle  Beach, and Summerville Speedway.  He began racin in 1979 in a street stock at Sumter. His fhater had raced adn wh was following his fathers foot steps. He got his first win in 1980 at Sumter Speedway.

Danny has won 300+ features in street stocks to open Unlimited Late Models. He has won 9 track championships.
