Tyler Stephens

Tyler Stephens drives the #6 Super Stock Class car.  He lives in Greenville, SC.  His home track is Greenville Pickens Speedway.

He started racing in 2002 in the Super Stock Class at Greenville Pickens Speedway, moving up from 8 years of Go-Karts.  Career highlights include winning 22 straight Feature wins in 1994, and over 150 Feature wins in '95, '96, '97 and '99.  He was Track Champion in 1994 and 2001.  He built his own race car.

The thrill of racing for Tyler is the patience and skill it involves and of course, the speed!  He's most proud of winning his first race. 

Of racing, Tyler says, "Once you get to that moment in the spotlight, cherish it because it doesn't last long!".
