Ricky began racing in 1988 in the Rookie (go-kart) class at Speedway Park because he just loved it. His first win soon followed.

Career highlights include: 1989,1990,1999 Track Champion at Speedway Park and (as a Rookie) 1 win at GPS. The thrill of racing for Ricky is the speed. His most exhilarating moment was when he hit the wall. He is most proud of all the fun he is able to have racing.
