Carl Henson drives the #77 Charger Class car.  He lives in Easley, SC.  His home track is Greenville Pickens Speedway.

He started racing in 1966 in the Cadet Class at Anderson Speedway as a hobby.  His first win was in 1967 in the Cadet Class at Fountain Inn SC.  Career highlights include finishing 9th in the State in Points in 1976 in the Hobby Division.

The thrill of racing for Carl is the need for speed!  His most exhilarating racing moment was his first win!  He's most proud of the time that he gets to spend with his family at the races.

Bobby Allison and Richard Petty are Carl's racing heroes.
