He began racing in 2003 in Charger Class at Greenville Pickens Speedway because his brother bought a car, and Jamie rove it and racing has been in his family for years. His first win was in 2004 in Charger Class at GPS. Career highlights include, Rookie of the Year in 2004 and Three wins in 2004.

The thrills of racing for him are the close competition and the speed. His most exciting racing moment was his first win at the All-Pro Race in 2004. He is most proud of being voted Rookie of the Year.

Jamie's racing heroes are His Dad and his Grandfather.
