Scott Thorne drives the #28 Xtreme Stock Class car.  He lives in Hilton Head, SC.  His home track is Hardeeville Motor Speedway.

He started racing in 1996 in the Pure Stock Class at Oglethorpe Speedway Park for the rush.  His first win was in 1998 in the Enduro Class at OSP.  Career highlights include:  2 Enduro wins 150 lap nonstop, 13 Hardeeville Motor Speedway Feature wins, 2 Oglethorpe Speedway Park Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for Scott is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was the first Enduro win.  He's most proud of the people that he's met.
