Rob Dean drives the #33 Street Stock class car.  He lives in St.Simons Island, GA.  His home track is Hardeeville Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Golden Isles Speedway and Columbia Motorsports Park.

He started racing in 2001 in the Pure Stock Class at Golden Isles Speedway because "love it!  love it!  love it!".  His first win was in 2003 in the Street Stock Class at Hardeeville Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include:  one 2nd place finish in 2001 at Turkey Run, GIS, Points Championship in Street Stock Division in Rookie Year of 2003.

The thrill of racing for Rob is the door to door for 100 laps.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win......and he can't wait for another!!  He's most proud of having raced with a lot of different people with a lot more money, backing and experience than they have but this time they did it and won the Championship.

Rob's racing hero is his Dad.

Of racing, Rob says, "Avoid the speeding tickets.  If you want to go fast, build or buy a car and do it on the track....if you got the guts!".
