Charlie Duncan drives the #17 Late Model Class car.  He lives in Millersburg, OH.  His home track is Lakeville Speedway, but he can also be found racing at Wayne County Speedway.

He started racing in 1995 in the Late Model Class at Wayne County Speedway for the love of racing.  His first win was in 1995 when he had 7 wins in the Semi Late Model Class at Lakeville Speedway and Wayne County Speedway.  Charlie is a 3 time Track Champion at Lakeville Speedway and 4 time Ohio Blow Out Winner.

The thrill of racing for Charlie is racing!  He's most proud of his 3 Track Championships.
