David McKenney drives the #33 Open Wheel Modified Class car.  He lives in Cayce, SC.  His home track is I-20 Speedway.

He started racing in 1999 in the Open Wheel Class at I-20 Speedway for the love of it.  His first win was in 2003 in the Open Wheel at I-20 Speedway. 

The thrill of racing for David is the friendships and speed.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud of sticking with it week after week and not giving up.

David's racing hero is Jeff Gordon.
