Richard Hoover drives the #44 Stock V8 Class car.  His home track is I-20 Speedway but he can also be found racing at Modoc Speedway, Laurens Speedway and Gordon Park Speedway.  He lives in Aiken, SC.

Team members helping Richard are:  Bud Hall, etc.  Hall Enterprises is the car owner.

Richard started racing in 2005 in the Stock V8 Class at I-20 Speedway because he wanted to. 

The thrill of racing for Richard is driving .  His most exciting racing moment was wrecking.  He's most proud of almost placing. 

Richard's racing hero is Ed Lynch Jr.
