James Tesch Jr. drives the #99 Super Late
Model Class car. His home track is Willamette Speedway but he can
also be found racing at I-20 Speedway and Cherokee Super Speedway.
He lives in Denver, NC.

James started racing in 1999 in the
Limited Late Model Class at Willamette Speedway because he was born into
the sport, grew up around it and wanted to continue the family
tradition. His first win was that same year. Career
highlights include Rookie of the Year in 1999 in the Limited Late Model
Class.
The thrill of racing for James is the
speed and competition of the sport. He enjoys trying to be the
best at it. His most exciting racing moment was being crowned
Rookie of the Year in 1999. He's most proud of moving to North
Carolina and having the opportunity to compete in the Carolina Clash
Series.
James's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
